Niche Property Management

We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week and we will undertake to be at your property within 1 hour

of being called out, night or day.

We will need to know your house and so will produce a dossier to show us where all gas , electricity supplies

etc are situated.

We will retain a copy for our records and one will be left in the house.

For a separate charge Niche Property Management offers the following services:

*Boiler certificates

* Plumbing

* Electricity

* Gardening

* Window Cleaning

* Any annoying niggles that need to be dealt with

Niche Property Management:

£140.00 per year (equates to £11.60 per month) to register your property on our books.

Uniquely we offer a 24hour telephone support service for you and your holiday lets handling any

questions or queries that might arise. The also includes being the Official Key Holder to include 2 one hour

call outs to re-set alarms.

You can choose to sign up for either Option “A” or “B”

Option ~A~:

£15.00 per month - to cover 4 Holiday let call outs per month

This covers the fist hour:

Hourly rates thereafter

Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm - £15 per hour

At all other times including Sundays and Bank Holidays - £20.00 per hour

Option ~B~:

Individual call out rates:

Monday - Saturday: 9am - 6pm - £20 per hour

At all other times including Sundays and Bank Holidays - £25 per hour

Electricians, Plumbers and Maintenance Engineers

We have long standing working relationships with teams of electricians, plumbers and

maintenance engineers and will notify you of their charges before any work is undertaken

unless it is an emergency and the problem needs to be dealt with straight away.

If this is the case we will deal with the emergency and notify you subsequently.
