We only offer thorough cleaning to a
standard we would want in our own home.
We will allocate two cleaning staff to look after your house and the same two members of staff will clean your property and they will not be changed on a whim.
Niche Cleaning will arrive to clean once the holiday let has come to an end and will
clean to a high standard set by us.
The following cleaning will be undertaken
as a standard service:
* dusting
* polishing
* washing floors
* hoovering
* skirting boards
* cleaning fridges and freezers
* bathroom from tiles to mirrors
* wardrobes and drawers cleaned
* dishwashers
emptied of cutlery and crockery
All beds will be stripped of bed linen and made up with clean linen ready for the next arrival. Zip beds will be prepared where necessary to number of people arriving.
We will not ask your holiday let to strip
their beds. This is something we do within
our clean. Your property will be checked for any damage and reported.
Cleaning materials will be replenished when necessary and invoiced to you accordingly.
Winter Cleaning;
We offer a “Spring Cleaning Service” to
your property during the quieter winter periods.
For example this could be from cleaning carpets to painting your property.
